Many people think that life is something that ‘happens’ to them. They find themselves with a particular set of circumstances including their financial situation, family situation and circle of friends and simply think ‘this is how it is’. Too many people end up just drifting around without knowing which direction in life they want to take.
Enjoying a better life requires direction. It requires a guiding vision of which areas of life we want to change or improve. Once we know the direction we are heading, we can then start moving forwards – just like when we run.
And when we run we know the shortest route between 2 points (for example from where we are today to the life we wish to live) is a straight line.
